This dip takes about two seconds to make; it’s rich in protein, potassium, and magnesium; its low Glycaemic; and tastes great. No more to write – I’m tucking in.
- 1 can of cannellini beans
- A handful of mixed fresh green herbs; I like to use dill, coriander, basil, and parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- The juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
blend all ingredients until creamy and serve. They are great with Almond Crackers.
