This dip takes about two seconds to make; it’s rich in protein, potassium, and magnesium; its low Glycaemic; and tastes great. No more to write – I’m tucking in.

  • 1 can of cannellini beans
  • A handful of mixed fresh green herbs; I like to use dill, coriander, basil, and parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste

blend all ingredients until creamy and serve. They are great with Almond Crackers.
